With direct access to the water and your own boat lift, you're free to explore the surrounding waters at your leisure. Each person 18 and older must complete their own individual application ($80 fee for each person) and complete a background/credit screening ($30 fee for each person). Security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
