Renter 55 AND OLDER ONLY is responsible for all utilities, to include water, trash, electric, and gas. Owner will pay the HOA fees. This home is located in the private gated community of Jess Ranch Apple Valley. There is a community pool and club house. Renter may have one small under 20 lbs potty trained non aggressive dog. There will be an additional $500 deposit for dog or cat. Renter must carry renters insurance. Renter must read and conform to all HOA rules and guide lines. There is parking for one car only in the single garage. Any visitor parking is subject to the HOA guide lines. Smoking is NOT allowed. Looking for long term renter on Month to Month terms. Renter should have a minimum of $5000 a month income to qualify, some exceptions could be considered. Don't waste your time applying if you have been evicted, bankruptcy or criminal past looking for a minimum 650 credit score. Applicant meeting requirements will pay applicable fee for required back ground check. Clogged drains will be the renters responsibility owner will make any and all repairs to failed systems.
