The city of Coffeyville is situated along the Verdigris River in southeastern Kansas. It's the most populated city in Montgomery County, with its 10,000 or so inhabitants, and makes up part of the Tulsa media market.

How Much Time Do I Need?

The Contract

If you do have a pet, chances are you'll be asked to place a deposit down for your animal. What's more, certain pets may not be entertained. Cats and small dogs are usually perfectly fine, but if you're intent on housing something the size of a wolf, well, you may find that's rather more than a tall order.
Spruce Street: Located in a lovely part of town, Spruce Street offers a variety of local amenities just on the doorstep, including eight restaurants -- Hong Kong Delight on West 11th Street and the Southern Supper Club on Willow to name two. The crime rating is zero.
West 9th Street: With easy access to U.S Route 166, West 9th Street makes for a quiet part of town where you'll find a good selection of one-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom apartments to choose from.
East 10th Street: East 10th Street provides easy access to local amenities such as a Save-A-Lot grocery on East 8th Street and nine dining establishments. Entry to U.S. Routes 166 and 169 can be achieved close by.
Living in Coffeyville
Coffeyville is served by two major roadways -- Route 166, which travels through Coffeyville, running from just inside the Missouri state line in the east to South Haven in the western part of Kansas. U.S. Route 169 connects to Coffeyville, and journeys from Virginia in Minnesota to Tulsa in Oklahoma.
Dalton Defenders Museum on East 8th St highlights the details of the infamous Dalton bank robbery, which, as it turns out, was a complete failure. Four of the gang members were shot and killed, while the fifth survived, although he suffered no less than twenty three gunshot wounds. After you've wandered around the museum, be sure to head over the road where you can see one of the banks that was targeted for the robbery (two banks were on the Dalton Gang's list for that day) which has been restored to its former 1890s glory. Take a tour of Brown Mansion, which is located on South Walnut. Brown Mansion was constructed in 1903 and was way ahead of its time, together with a variety of features such as an elevator, an alarm system, and a walk-in ice box. That's one extra-large ice box! As is frequently the case with old-style buildings such as this, the mansion is said to be haunted, although in this case, folks will tell of witnessing a green light hovering in the house and around the grounds.

The tavern serves a large variety of American cuisine. It's situated in a historic building in downtown Coffeyville, and the ambiance is really top-notch!
